Refund policy

This is an English translation provided for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.

Scope

This policy sets out the refund and return conditions that apply to the wedding website design and development services contracted through nuoboda.es.

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007, de 16 de noviembre (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November), approving the consolidated text of the Ley General para la Defensa de los Consumidores y Usuarios (General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users), you have a period of 14 calendar days from contracting the service to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to give any reason.

How to exercise your right of withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of an unequivocal statement, sending an email to info@nuoboda.es stating:

– Your full name
– The email address used for the purchase
– The date of contracting
– Your decision to withdraw from the contract

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

Under Article 103 of the aforementioned Law, the right of withdrawal shall not apply where:

a) The service has been fully performed, provided that performance began with your prior express consent.
b) You have completed the form with the details of your wedding and we have begun designing the website.

By completing the wedding details form, you expressly agree that performance of the service may begin and you acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed.

Refunds

Refund upon withdrawal

If you exercise your right of withdrawal within the deadline and before we have started working on your website, we will refund the full amount of the service within a maximum of 14 calendar days from receipt of your notification.

The refund will be made using the same means of payment that you used for the initial transaction (credit/debit card via Stripe).

Partial refund

If you exercise your right of withdrawal once we have started working on your website but before its final delivery, we may apply a partial refund proportional to the work not yet carried out. We will inform you of the exact amount before proceeding.

No refund

No refunds will be made in the following cases:

a) Once the website has been delivered and is up and running.
b) After 14 calendar days have passed since contracting.
c) If you are not satisfied with the result but the website meets the agreed specifications and the chosen template.

Satisfaction guarantee

Although we do not offer refunds once the website has been delivered, we want you to be happy with the result. For this reason:

Included changes: The service includes up to 2 rounds of minor changes at no additional cost (correction of typos, changes to short texts, adjustments to dates or times).

Technical incidents: Any technical problem with the website will be resolved at no additional cost throughout the entire service period.

Direct communication: If there is anything you are not happy with, write to us at info@nuoboda.es and we will find a solution.

Cancellation of the service

If you wish to cancel the service before your wedding date:

Cancellation of the website: You can ask us to deactivate your website at any time. The amount paid will not be refunded.

Change of wedding date: If your wedding is postponed, you can request that the date on your website be changed at no additional cost. The service period (1 year from the wedding) will be calculated from the new date.

Cancellation of the wedding: If, unfortunately, your wedding is cancelled, contact us at info@nuoboda.es and we will look at your case individually.

Refund process

Once a refund has been approved:

1. You will receive a confirmation email with the details.
2. The refund will be processed within 3-5 working days.
3. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 5-10 days to appear in your account.
