Data deletion

How to request the deletion of your data

At NUO (Javier Ruiz Alba) we respect your right to the erasure of your personal data. If you would like us to delete the information we hold about you, including information obtained through our Instagram and Facebook accounts or any application connected to them, you can request this at any time.

Procedure

Send an email to info@nuoboda.es stating:

Subject: Data deletion request
Message body: Your name and the email address or social media username from which you contacted us.

We will process your request and delete your personal data from our systems within a maximum of 30 days, unless there is a legal obligation requiring us to retain them for longer.

Social media data

If you interacted with us through Instagram or Facebook (messages, comments, contact forms), we only retain the data necessary to respond to your enquiry. You can request its deletion using the procedure described above.
